Villa Belle Mer is a magnificent four-bedroom luxury villa rental home overlooking Orient Beach on Orient Bay, St. Martin.
From our St. Martin villa rental you can see St. Barts, Green Cay, Tintamare and panoramic views of the beautiful hills of St. Martin. In addtion to being so near to the blue waters of the ocean, you have a safe haven and privacy of your own luxurious villa, surrounded by lush, flowering gardens.
Reservations require a 25% deposit of the total rental price,
and will be confirmed upon receipt.
Deposit may be made by check or bank draft via Fed Ex, UPS or Priority mail.
Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Holiday final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation outside 60 days prior to arrival
will result in the loss of the 25% deposit.
Cancellation from 60 to 20 days prior to arrival will result
in the loss of 50% of the total rent price.
Cancellation within 20 days prior to arrival will result
in the loss of 100% of the total rent price.
Holiday Season bookings are completely nonrefundable.
Add 8% tax to all bookings.
